So in 2019, a foreign postgraduate student from the Republic of India entered the postgraduate course. In the next 2020, for the first time in the history of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, a postgraduate student from the United States of America entered the postgraduate course at the Department of Theoretical Electrical Engineering. Educational and scientific program for the training of a Ph.D. at the Department of Theoretical electrical engineering is aimed at solving urgent scientific problems of the specialty Electrical Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics.
